Question:Internal PC not workingTechnical | Added Thursday 27th April 2017

Answer:

Please follow the below instructions corresponding to the message on the display you are receiving:

I) Message on the display reads “Internal PC Power Off”

a) Hold down the PC button on the Connect and Control Bar on the front of the display. This will send an on command to the internal PC. You should shortly see the internal PC booting into Windows.

b) If nothing happens, please contact our service team on services@avocor.co.uk or call 01276 804 665.

II) Message on the display reads “No Signal”

a) Power off the Internal PC by pressing and holding down the PC button on the Connect and Control Bar on the front of the display for 10 seconds until you see the “PC Power Off” message.

b) Hold down the PC button on the Connect and Control bar on the front of the display for 5 seconds. This is send an on command to the internal PC. You should shortly see the internal PC booting into Windows 10.

c) If you are still seeing the message stating “No Signal”, please contact our service team on services@avocor.co.uk or call 01276 804 665.
